Day 1

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, your will be greeted by our tour representative. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred to Negombo, a beautiful coastal town located just a short drive away from the airport. Check into your hotel, freshen up, and take some time to relax after your journey.

Day 2

Today, Leave from your Colombo hotel and travel northeast to the cultural heart of Sri Lanka. Pass through the dry zone, where subsistence farmers tend to their crops of rice, aided by ancient irrigation tanks. After a delicious lunch, embark on a relaxed bike ride along shaded dirt roads with no traffic. Our destination for the night is a comfortable resort just outside Sigiriya.

Day 3

Start the day with an easy bike ride through the countryside and farmland surrounding Sigiriya. The route takes us along unpaved roads and irrigation canals, offering opportunities to spot wildlife such as monitor lizards, squirrels, peacocks, and mongoose. After the ride, enjoy a leisurely lunch before heading to the famous Rock Fortress in the afternoon. From the top, admire panoramic views of the plains and dry hills during the sunset.

Day 4

Leaving Sigiriya, cycle on small, quiet back roads to reach Dambulla. Here, explore the well-preserved cave temple complex, showcasing colorful Buddhist statues carved into a cliff face. After lunch, drive to Kandy, the central town of the hill country, where visit the famous Temple of the Tooth, which houses a relic of the Buddha.

Day 5

Today, continue to explore Kandy before starting a memorable journey to Nuwara Eliya. As you ascend, the road offers stunning views of tea plantations on all sides. In Nuwara Eliya, cycle around the highest hill town in Sri Lanka, known for its British-style buildings and cooler climate.

Day 6

This morning, cycle around a nearby crater lake and through a tea plantation, where visit a tea factory. Afterward, take a short train ride to Ella, a picturesque town known for its impressive 'Ella Gap' and beautiful views. The rest of the day is free to explore the town and its surroundings.

Day 7

Today, Cycle uphill and the ridges around Ella, offering some of the best views in Sri Lanka. From the ridge, start descend to lower land beyond, where Car will be waiting to take back up to Ella in comfort. After a challenging ride, hike to Little Adam's Peak for fantastic views over the tea plantations and the Ella Gap.

Day 8

On last day of cycling, pedal down 'Ella Gap,' passing a towering waterfall on the way. After a scenic ride of 15 Km, transfer to the Sinharaja Rainforest, where stay in a charming lodge surrounded by the lively sounds of the rainforest.

Day 9

In the morning, enjoy a scenic rainforest walk for bird spotting in Sinharaja. Later, transfer to the coastal city of Galle, known for its historic fort and beautifully restored houses. Explore the fort with a walking tour in the late afternoon before concluding the tour at your chosen hotel.

Day 10

On the final day of family bike tour, drive back to Colombo, the vibrant capital city of Sri Lanka. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time to explore the city, shop for souvenirs, or indulge in local delicacies.
